| | | The Finance Department is responsible for providing financial expertise and guidance to the City Council and departments, managing the City’s daily operations, and maintaining the financial integrity of the City. The Finance Department consists of five divisions and eighteen programs, as shown below. The Environmental Services Division, which consists of two programs, has recently been assigned from the Public Works Department to the Finance Department for an indefinite period of time.
